Refunds

We offer a three-year warranty and aftercare support on all products and parts limited to any defects in materials, workmanship, or broken components under normal use. Any miss-use of, installation or wiring of our lighting systems and failure to follow the installation instructions available on our website is not covered under this warranty.

We recommend communicating with an electrician prior to installation to ensure that your electrical setup is sufficient. Failure to install properly will void warranty and will not be refundable.

 

Damages and Issues during shipping

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, faulty or if you received the wrong item so that we can correct the issue.

Damages can happen from the courier side which are out of our control. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

30 Day Return Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery if you change your mind. The items MUST be unopened, unused in original packaging for a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us orders@smg-hexagon.com where we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs (including any duties/taxes resulting from the return of the product, if applicable), and once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Note that international (non-UK) shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Order Cancelation Policy

Order cancellation can be made providing the order has not already been handed over to UPS, if it has already been handed to UPS you will need to proceed with the return policy above.
